Spanning the iconic stretch of South Street from 2nd Street to 8th Street, the first-ever South Street Fest combines the annual South Street Oktoberfest outside of Brauhaus Schmitz with other festive celebrations in the neighborhood, including Philly AIDS Thrift’s 17th Anniversary Block Party on South 5th Street. Expect plenty of great food and beer, live music, tented seating for more than 1,000 people, and daylong specials at more than 400 independent shops, boutiques and restaurants in the neighborhood.
