BlackStar Film Festival returns for its 10th year with dozens of films celebrating Black, Brown and Indigenous artists screening both virtually and outdoors at Eakins Oval on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and at The Mann Center. An opening night party at Bartram’s Garden kicks things off, and morning yoga sessions help attendees practice self-care before the screenings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Following five days of thought-provoking films (including a full day of screenings at The Mann Center on Sunday), the festival concludes with a party at Sunset Social on Cira Green, hosted by Love + Grit podcast host Laiya St. Clair.
