Terrace on Tap at Independence Visitor Center This popular pop-up outdoor dining experience on the second-floor Liberty View Terrace at the Independence Visitor Center brings local brews, specialty cocktails and seasonal bites from Brûlée Catering, all while offering free activities for kids and stunning panoramic views of Independence Mall. Terrace on Tap continues Thursdays through Sundays through the summer, based on availability. Reservations are strongly recommended, as walk-up availability is limited, so plan ahead!

Check out the events for the women's history month in Philadelphia 2021 Reopening: Fairmount Park Attractions Reopen Saturday, March 20th, 2021 Fairmount Park marks the first day of spring with the return of seasonal attractions. Shofuso Japanese House and Garden and Treetop Quest both reopen Saturday, inviting visitors to safely enjoy the outdoors. Mask up (but shoes off when inside!) to tour the 19th-century Japanese House and explore its serene, meticulously landscaped gardens and koi pond. The attraction will remain open five days a week through the fall. Treetop Quest is open to individuals and small groups (by reservation only) looking for a bird’s-eye view of Fairmount Park on adventure courses that include climbing, jumping and zip-lining. Museums & Attractions are Open in Greater Philadelphia Many of Greater Philadelphia’s museums and attractions are now open for in-person visitation — and might be a little quieter than normal. This recently updated guide to must-see attractions showcases more than 40 spots — all currently open — that are worth exploring. Joining them this week: Fairmount’s Eastern State Penitentiary, which reopens beginning this Friday, alongside other recently reopened spots like Fireman’s Hall Museum in Old City and the John James Audubon Center at Mill Grove in Montgomery County. Note: Many attractions are operating with limited hours and only on select days, so be sure to check ahead before swinging by.
